LUBRICATION
Pneumatic tools require permanent lubrication. The motor and the bearing use compressed air to drive the tool. You must
lubricate the motor daily since moisture in the compressed air causes rust formation on the motor. It is recommended to
use an integrated lubrication device or fixture.
Lubricating the motor manually:
Decouple the tool from the pneumatic hose and hold it such that the air inlet points upwards.
Press the outlet and allow 1-2 drops into the air inlet. By pressing the outlet, the oil slips easily
into the motor.
Reconnect the tool to the pneumatic hose, cover the air outlet with a cloth and allow the tool to
run for a few seconds.
Never lubricate the tool with combustible or volatile liquids such as kerosene, diesel or aviation
fuel.
